I’ve had a creative “spark” for as long as I can remember. I wrote stories since I was seven years old and loved messing around in Microsoft Paint. One of my favourite “games” on our old iMac was “Kid Pix”, a piece of drawing software for toddlers. I was apparently able to start a computer when I was two years old – that computer probably set me on track to where I am right now. It didn’t even have internet connectivity, and it didn’t need it in my eyes: it introduced me to games like “Future Cop: LAPD” (which sadly went under the radar), “Freddi Fish and The Case of the Missing Kelp Seeds”, “Putt-Putt and Pep’s Balloon-O-Rama”, game demos for “Spyfox”, “Pyjama Sam” and “Dracula’s Secret”.
My game development history goes back to the first year of secondary school (2008), when my love for games and creating lead me to create games of my own. Looking back on them, it’s nice to see how I evolved and to appreciate good ideas that can still be found in my most amateurish works.
Allow me to take you on a trip down memory lane! Note that the games that will follow are not all the games I created, only games that I published somewhere or still have footage from.
